Lost time ...

I admit it ... I have been spending all of my time working instead of following politics and worrying about the state of disarray our united States is in.  While struggling to build a solid, stable business here in Texas (the only state I'd even try it in) and attempting to keep a roof over our heads and food in our bellies, I have only been giving cursory attention to all the other happenings in this great land.

Looking back, I see that much has happened while I have been wasting my time trying to do my part to use the opportunity provided by our Constitution to create a better world for my children.

Our president routinely bypasses: the congress of representatives elected by the People, the Laws of the Land, and the will of the Free American, by creating Laws via Executive Order and through powerful 'czars' that answer only to him.

Our congress has abdicated their duties by allowing the current administration to perform these unlawful acts.

Our system of Equal Justice Under the Law has been undermined and marginalized by the "Justice" Department, whose actions (and inaction) has directly resulted in the death of Americans in the US and Mexico, not to mention the thousands of murders of poor Mexican people.  The same Justice Department that literally exported weapons to insurgent forces in a friendly country. The same Justice Department that dropped all charges (in an open-and-shut case, mind you) against racialist members of the Black Panthers that used threat of violence and intimidation to disenfranchise voters and negate the one thing all adult Americans have the implicit and explicit right to do ... choose their own leadership.

Our methods of redress and our right to petition our own government for its actions has been corrupted to the point that our entire election system may very well be compromised, and our system of laws, designed to create equal justice for everyone has been usurped by the radical ideas of "Social Justice," Economic Justice," and yes, even "Environmental Justice," where, again, literally one half of the population of the united States of America is completely supported by the other half.  That's what it means when only half of the country actually pays the taxes, and the other half collects them through redistributionist entitlement programs like Social Security, welfare and unemployment 'insurance.'

Many people forget that, when you get all of your money back on your tax-return, you did not pay taxes.


I paid taxes.  I will pay taxes this year, and I paid taxes last year.  In fact, it is hard for me to remember the last time I didn't pay taxes.

The plight of the underpaid and overworked employee has been co-opted by "Occupy" movements that punish the American employee and disrupt the course of business that keeps them out of the unemployment line.  I thought the idea was to help those people, but it isn't.

The idea is to force working stiffs to pay Union Bosses and political campaigns so that both can remain in power, and ensure the subjugation of the People.

Of late, I have actually been compared, not just by the media and the official administration spokespersons, but by family, to domestic terrorists!  The worst part, the one that hurts most and cuts deepest, is that the comparison was made by a member of our military forces, sworn to uphold the Constitution and protect its ideas.  I have been told that, by exercising my rights as an American Citizen, and by believing in those same rights, I am the same as a terrorist.

I have been asleep at the wheel ... time to exercise my Franchise.

Regardless of what that person said, I am not a believer in using violence to achieve my political goals.  I own a beer (it is in my refrigerator) and a car (in the driveway) but that does not mean I believe in driving drunk.  Just because I own a gun and a bullet, does not mean I want to shoot people.  I do not, and I hope I never, ever have to.  I own it for the protection of my family, my business, and my rights as an American.

I am a believer in the American Way.  I believe in all of the rights outlined in the Bill of Rights, and all of the restrictions placed on the power of the Federal Government by the Constitution of the united States of America.

Our politicians, from all parties, place their own wealth above the welfare of the people that elected them.  They line their pockets with union blood-money, line their coats with class-warfare communist ideals and hobble the American Dream by forcing socialist welfare on half of the population and making the other half pay for it; killing their ambition and enslaving more than 160 million people to the yoke of welfare and redistributing the wealth and hard work of the other 160 million people.

All for political power and monetary reward.

You can bet that when nearly all Americans (yes, The 99%) are forced onto the Dole, relying on government largess for their daily bread, the politicians will still be rich and powerful because the bulk of American laws no longer apply to them.

I will do everything necessary, within my rights, to change the political landscape and leadership from the current corrupt money-mad charlatans, to Constitutionalist American Patriots.

Obama is NOT Stupid ...

Many times I have heard the media, editorial commentators, web journalists, friends and family say things like "Obama is an idiot," and "How can he think that his actions will help the economy or unemployment (or any other platitude he expresses)?

You must know, by now, that none of this is true.

Mr Obama's intent has been clear from the beginning. He has stated his purposes on many occasions. He has declared his goals " ... energy prices would necessarily skyrocket," and his means (just check out any early radio appearance, interview or union speech he has given).

He made his ideals known long before he ran for the highest office.

If everyone would please quit acting like our president is even trying to stabilize our economy and lead our nation to prosperity, it would go a long way towards ensuring he held office for only a single term.

Stop saying his intentions are good. Stop saying that he has the best interests of the American People in mind. Stop believing the tripe that his "news media" puts out.

Why can't someone just tell the truth:

Obama is a Jihad sympathizer.

Obama is a Communo-Socialist Progressive with delusions of grandeur.

Obama does not like America or Americans.

Obama does not like Christians (real Christians, not Black Liberation Theology Christians).

Obama likes Sharia Law.

Obama loves Socialist Dictators like Hugo Chaves.

Obama believes that the world's troubles start and end with America.

Obama believes that America owes the world all of our riches because, by having them, we must have cheated someone else to get them. He believes we do not deserve them.

Obama believes that "rich" people do not deserve to keep that which they have worked hard for. There is one exception - the rich "elite" like him (Soros, Gore, etc). They get to keep their money because the government gave it to them, so it is 'redistributed' wealth.

Obama does not believe that America, or Americans, are exceptional.

Obama does not believe in the Constitution, but cites it for his purposes when necessary, like his recent "signing statement" that essentially ignored the budget deal that was created between the Senate, the House and the Administration. He was asked to eliminate four of his "Czar" positions as a critical element to the budget deal, and he agreed. Upon signing the bill, he issued a signing statement revealing that he would ignore the part about czars because it infringed upon his "Constitutional Authority."

He does not believe in, nor follow, the Constitution of the united States of America excepting as it serves his purposes.

Obama believes in dismantling the united States through economic destruction and social upheaval. He will destroy the economy, put millions more out of work, starve children and freeze energy production. He will manipulate the dollar through the Federal Reserve and the International Monetary Fund. He will print trillions of worthless dollars to create hyper inflation, and bankrupt the country by giving our wealth to third-world dictators and thugs. He will control employment through the thug-ocracy of government unions.

Obama will take your ability to defend yourselves by making it impossible to own a firearm or ammunition.

Obama will rule through "Executive Orders" and Presidential Fiat, smashing privacy and stealing your constitutional rights out from under you via regulation and penalties.

He will even control your life and your death through his "Healthcare" laws.

Obama does not believe that America should lead the world out of poverty through great works, study, or invention. He understands, but does not believe, that America is unique in the entire history of human civilization. That we are the first truly free people to have ever lived. That we are different than Europe, Asia, South America, Africa or the Middle East.

We are the first government "By the People and For the People." Such a thing did not exist before the united States of America.

Not even the Greeks had such liberty, regardless of their 'creation' of Democracy. They were still slave-owners and tyrants and overlords, crushing their people with taxes and conscripting them into wars of territory and plunder.

Britain, for all of its 'parliament' and electoral processes is still run by nobles in the House of Lords.

Obama does not believe in anything that I believe in.

In order to save our country and procure a future for our children, Obama must be exposed to the American People for who, and what, he truly is.

I believe that most Americans know who and what he is, but sit back and say "That can't happen in America, so why worry?"

I believe in the Constitution as written.

I believe in Amendments to the Constitution, not judicial legislation, as a way of updating our laws.

I believe in calling out the liars and the manipulators for what they are.

I believe in being honest with the American People about who and what we are. If you are a communist, tell us you are a communist and tell us what to expect from you. Tell us you are a socialist or progressive or libertarian or liberal or conservative or republican, and what your intentions are. Don't lie. Don't work in the shadows and the margins, using deception to implement your plans.

If your plans are workable, We, the People, will ensure they are implemented. If not, they will be abandoned.

I believe that you must do your work in the light, not the dark.

I believe that if your work must be done in the shadows because the American people would otherwise reject it, then your work cannot be good and must not be accomplished.

Heed this, Mr Obama. Heed this, progressives, liberals, populists, democrats, social conservatives, republicans, libertarians, isolationists and all other political factions and parties. Heed this, all who would subjugate us, the American People:

It does not matter how much of your agenda has been instituted, no matter what programs have been adopted or funded and no matter whom you have paid off, bribed or extorted - Your jobs are constitutional, our rights are divine.

The Americans you hope to control will not be controlled.

Our people are the only people in the world that know what self-determination and Freedom actually taste like.

Only Americans have ever been truly free.

I believe that, once real Freedom and Liberty have been tasted, there is no going back. Free people will fight until their last breath leaves their body, their blood no long courses through their veins and their guns fall from their cold, dead fingers.

America will be free, or it will be dead. There is no other possible outcome.

The Fire

I feel as if the world is covered in gunpowder and the sparks are flying.

The Middle-East, like a dropped cigarette in an old cotton-stuffed couch, has been smoldering for many years.  Like that couch, it will eventually flare up and burn the whole house down.  India and Pakistan are in constant conflict, trading bullets and bombs, while Pakistan is quickly being overtaken by Taliban influence and Radical Islamist terror.

Iraq, Iran, Afghanistan, Kazakhstan, Turkmenistan, Turkey, Israel, Palestine, Lebanon, Syria, Libya, Egypt, Yemen ... all of them and more ... face a bloody and uncertain future.  The Middle-East is a monstrous powder-keg of conflict.  Nobody knows what future they have, only that the "Arab Spring," created by Radical Islamists (Al Queda, Muslim Brotherhood, Hamas, Hezbollah, etc.), is designed to turn the entirety of the region into the next Caliphate and destroy Israel and the Jewish people altogether.

In Europe, from Britain to the Czech Republic, and Norway to Greece, the same Islamist terrorists threaten to overtake the population.  Paris is entirely ringed by vast Muslim communities whose populations grow at an alarming rate while non-Muslim birthrates have declined to the point of negative growth.

Socio-communist public sector Unions have bankrupted nearly every European nation with entitlement demands.

Europe stands on the brink of collapse, propping each other up with money they borrowed from their own banks (and ours, too, since B. Bernanke's Fed has been secretly dumping fake American money into that same pit).  Most places, if you borrow money from yourself, you end up paying all of the NSF fees to the bank AND the people you wrote the bad check to.

Not in our 'global' economy.

Here, you simply print more, or have the money electronically created so you just send some electrons from one bank to another across a network.

Valueless money from an empty bank to empty banks across the planet.  Nothing backs the money except hot air and rhetoric.  We all know that the rhetoric is useless hot air, as well.

Russia and its ally 'states' are governed by old-school communist leaders and their mafia.  Her people suffered under the USSR and continue to suffer under the current government.  There is very little hope for their near-future.

China continues it inexorable march toward subjugation of the planet with its "Thousand-year Plan" while nearly all of her people survive on a subsistence-level economy.  Taiwan's future is precarious at best, with China's army looming in the near distance.  India and Pakistan are in constant religious war with one-another.  Taiwan's future is precarious at best, with China's army looming in the near distance.

The Korean Peninsula faces one of two futures. Either many more years of conflict with their brethren, while the North and her people make bread from grass and weeds and the South prospers with Western influence; or they'll be faced with war and death until one or the other succeeds in unifying the peninsula.  The USA will be in the middle of that one until the end of time.

The Philippines, Malaysia, Indonesia and almost every other Pacific and Oceanic nation face the same fate as Asia and Africa - Communist takeover, Islamist takeover and economic destruction from within and without.

the African continent, birthplace of the human race, is in constant civil war.   Her shores are patrolled by pirates and her lands controlled by evil men.  Here, too, are the Muslim terrorists sowing the seeds of destruction.  No one seems to care about Africa.

South America, Central America and Mexico are endangered by socialist dictators, drug cartels, rebel insurgents, government imposed poverty, and class warfare on a massive scale.  Look anywhere in Brazil and  you will find islands of prosperity nestled behind high walls, surrounded by gigantic slums known as "Favelas."  Seldom are the differences so distinct and obvious as they are in Brazil.

Iceland crumbles under debt and volcanic ash, suffering the same future as Europe, crushed by the demands of socialist policies and public-sector union entitlements.

Who remains?

The States of America, once united in purpose, are now stumbling blindly along, leaving behind the blessings of Liberty, and absorbing the worst parts of the world's ills.  Among them: Europe's money problems, American Socialist and Communist politicians praise Mao, who once starved seventy million people (food farmers, no less) to death in order to feed his communist armies.  Public sector unions drain the coffers of their state tax accounts, garnering no-cost and low-cost health care plans provided by taxpayers that often have no insurance at all , lavish retirement packages that last well into the lives of their grandchildren, all the while the real producers and earners in America literally pay all of the taxes of the rest of the population.  In addition, it has come to light that we, the American Taxpayers, not only cover all of the taxes for 50% of America (those that, every year, pay no taxes at all), but we are also propping up friendly and unfriendly nations, without our knowledge or approval, with those same tax dollars.

Yes, the planet is covered in gunpowder, and sparks are everywhere.  If you have a God, now would be the time to pray to him or her or them or whoever.

My greatest hope for the future is that whatever follows our current situation will be a world of Liberty and Personal Freedom.

My greatest fear for the future is that it is the same as this present.

Live Free or Die Hard: The Great American Robbery

I am reminded of the old Bruce Willis movie, “Die Hard.” Not the sequels, just the original heart-stopping movie where the hero, John McClain, gets bloodied and shot up but still manages to, somehow, save the day. In the movie, the bad guy is accused of being a common thief, but claims to be an exceptional thief.

You see, he used misdirection, obfuscation, politics and even terrorism to accomplish his goal of robbing $600,000,000 in U.S. Bearer bonds. In order to do this, he had to fool the LAPD and even the FBI into believing he was trying to free his brother terrorists, and to believe he and his cohorts had died in the explosion he rigged in the “Nakatomi” Building.

The cover was perfect because he would actually live and walk away with $600 million dollars. Bruce Willis put a stop to his plan. He suffered bullet wounds, slashed feet, physical punishment and explosions, but he still survived, snatching victory from defeat with the last two bullets in his gun. A hero.

We are witnessing the same thing, without the popcorn, in our country today. The thieves are here, disguised as good-guys, pilfering and stealing our nation’s prosperity, covering it up with whatever means they can find, hiding it in “climate legislation” under the guise of “saving the planet” from global warming (sorry "Global Climate Disruption").

At risk are hundreds of billions of dollars, even into the trillions (a trillion is a thousand billion, folks) of dollars. These criminals even created an entire industry, the “Chicago Climate Exchange,” from scratch to fund their gigantic Ponzi scheme.

They make Bernie Madoff look like a saint.

His robbery was only in the range of $60 billion, theirs is at least ten times that much. America is being plundered for her money. The Progressives, including our president, lie to you every single day. They claim their plan is for the benefit of the poor, the down-trodden, the working stiff. It’ll move the wealth of this country from the “rich” to the “poor.”

Oh, it will definitely strip the wealth from any of the rich that are not in on their plans, but the money they steal will go straight into their pockets. It will not go to the poor.

Billions of dollars will flow into the ‘government’ and flow back out to corporate entities, unions and thugs. The poor are left out in the cold.

They are exceptional thieves.

Where is our hero, our Bruce, our John McClain? Where is the man (or woman) who will come to us in our hour of need? Our eleventh-hour savior. Is it you? Is it me? Is it someone we know?

We need a statesman that can lead our people instead of dictating to them. One that can cut through the muck and the crap and the mire, to find the last little nuggets of liberty that will let us live free.

... an open letter to the Congress of the United States of America ...

To the Congress of the United States and whomever else it may concern,

What in the world do you believe you are doing in Washington, D.C.? What is it that you think you were hired to do?

I can assure you, along with a majority of the citizens that pay your exorbitant and disproportionately high salaries, that it is not what you are actually doing.

The 'checks and balances' built into our system by our founders are being, not just ignored, but flagrantly violated without regard to results or consequences. You have allowed our President to run rough-shod over the Constitution of the United States, to step on the neck of private industry and the entrepreneurs that have lifted our nation to the top of the world, and to embarrass and denigrate our people to our allies and our enemies both here on this continent and abroad.

You must stop berating the conservative side of both houses as being the 'Party of No,' and become the 'Congress of No.' You must find, within yourselves, the fire of resistance and the intestinal fortitude to stand against the Progressive changes that are debilitating our nation.

You, as a single unit, must bring a halt to the Change that Mr. Obama and his revolutionaries are bringing. The Executive Orders must be stopped and further EOs must be ignored. The nation knows that these orders are not binding and are followed only because of tradition and respect. Mr. Obama is constantly ignoring any tradition that he cannot use to his advantage, and he has no respect for our laws unless they suit him. All "Czars" must be relieved of duty and sent back to their homes. No future Czars can be appointed, by any President, ever again. Appointing Czars runs counter to our system and reduces the power of Congress to ensure good order when crafting legislation. Mr. Obama believes himself to be inviolate and untouchable.

I assure you, he is not.

You can stop him. You must stop him.

You must stop him before our nation crumbles. Before his political police and sycophants reduce you to a facade, lock-stepped like stormtroopers walking on your former powers, and crushing our rights as citizens of the United States of America. Before our grandchildren awaken in a world where the future is a decision between government slavery and destitution with no hope of a better life.

Our future is bleak under the Progressive boots Mr. Obama and his cronies wear, but is bright under the Liberties outlined by the Constitution and the Bill of Rights.

Some of you have made mistakes, and may have even broken laws or the public trust. I do not care. All I ask is that you stand up now, renounce the things you have done in the past, and strive to make America into the nation she can be. Prosperous, strong, and a place people come to escape the evil governments and regimes of their homelands.

Stand up, be strong and true to your roots, create a place, not where your children can excel, but where all children can succeed, regardless of their place or class and undivided by race, creed, color or any other artificial label.

If you do not do this, we will do it for you. America will be restored to its natural place on our world, leading from the front, spreading the prosperity and liberty that only Freedom can bring.

An Amendment ...

Proposed on the 23rd of April, 2010 c.e., an Amendment to the Constitution of the United States of America.

The Power to Tax, having been entrusted to the Men and Women of the Congress of the United States of America, shall be required of a 3/4th vote in each House in order to create, institute, impose, alter, raise, lower, or change in any fashion, or cause action that may create, institute, impose, alter, raise, lower, or change in any fashion, or through lack of action create, institute, impose, alter, raise, lower, or change in any fashion any tax upon the people and their businesses, corporations and other capital enterprises, either for-profit or not-for-profit or not-intended-for-profit or any other form of business. Nor may they compel, in any fashion at all, other government or private institutions, or personnel within those institutions, or any other entity at all, public or private, nor any people at all, to create, institute, impose, alter, raise, lower, or change in any fashion a tax.

All tax proposals that meet the requirements listed in the first paragraph shall contain only the proposed tax. No other attachments, amendments, or any other rider or earmark at all.

All tax proposals that meet the requirements listed in the first paragraph shall be in two forms, and these forms must consist of a legal form, which must comply with current legal standards, and a Layman's term version which explains exactly what the legal form means.

In essence, no tax proposal shall be too complex for the average American Citizen High School Graduate to grasp its meaning.

All tax proposals that meet the requirements listed in the first paragraph, shall be made available to every eligible voter in the United States of America, or anywhere on or off the planet Earth and within the Universe-at-Large, for at least 90 consecutive terrestrial days.

... Ramblings

I'm just an American madman, watching the current era with a heavy heart.

The Great Experiment has not yet failed, but it lies on the ground, stunned and frightened, wondering if it yet has the strength ... if its bruised and battered body can muster its will and rise again to defeat the Progressive onslaught that has hammered it so mercilessly. Does it ... do we ... have the physical or, more importantly, the moral courage to endure? Do we still have the inner Patriot that knows that what is happening and knows it is wrong and strains against the chains of Modern Radical Liberalism, for Liberty and Personal Freedom and love of life? Against the loss, not just for ourselves, but for the coming generations that will listen in wonder and disbelief when told that anyone with a will was free to succeed or fail based on the merit of their skills and talents? Where anyone, even the lowliest drudge, can become a billionaire, regardless of their nationality or religion. Anyone.

Will the stories of their parents and grandparents become the musings of old people, then fade to history, and finally out of existence forever? If you don't believe that this is what we are facing, here in the sunset an era, then you need to look at some history. You can still do that. At least for a while.

The Progressives are in charge. You can insert whatever term you want there. Liberal, Democrat, whatever you want. Its all the same today. They vote together, even if they disagree with their colleagues, they vote together. They are not free thinkers, but they are determined thinkers. They've been at this for almost one hundred years, give or take a few, and they have learned stealth and patience. A little nudge here, a quiet appointment there. Baby steps.

They have stepped up their pace, of late. The changes are no longer small, the appointments not so quiet. They've come out from hiding with the intent to bring us low, to steal our children's future, to ensure that they're way is the only way.

But ...

We've been down before. We have had the wind knocked out of our sails before, pushed to the dirt, humiliated. Empires have tried to destroy us, terrorists have tried to take us out, and we've always stood back up. Even after we went to war with ourselves, we came back better and stronger than before.

We've never faced a foe like this, with the power of our own leaders against us. Manchurian candidates. The welfare of the American people, that which the government is charged to protect, is in grave danger.

They have your "health care" now, and you'll only understand what that really means, you who are duped by the flowery words of the Progressives, when you look back and see it in the end, when it will be far too late. It means that, someday, sooner than you think, they will control the very intake of nutrients you are allowed to have. Your medical and civil records will be available to everyone from the McDonald's cashier to the bank. All they'll have to do is scan your National I.D. card.

They control the educational system now. Your money goes to your children's schools through the government, so they decide what your kids learn. The history is their version of history, with the distasteful parts removed to shield the kids from the terrible and dangerous ideas of our forefathers. Liberty and Freedom? Pfah! We apparently don't really need them, now that The Messiah President is here to take care of us. They decide, now that they control all of the money that a person can borrow for their "higher" education, what you get to learn. That means they control all education, from cradle to mortar board.

... But ...

We are Americans. We have done more for the people of this planet than any other nation in the history of the world. We have been beaten, but we have never given up, and we have never lost. Although we have never lived in the world of today, with its unique challenges and unrest, we have been here, politically, before, and we triumphed, in the end.

Whether we change our direction or not, is all up to us. Our decisions over the next few months will, in all likelihood, decide the far future of these United States. What we must do is ensure that our rights, given by a higher authority, are not lost to our children. We must do whatever is right, and necessary, to preserve our country and its culture for all the new generations.
